Machine Describle:
 
1. Machine body is consisted of oil tank, table, two pieces of frames and ram.
It guarantees the structure intensity of body. Vibrating treatment of ageing for
removal of internal stress.
2.The machine adopts Synchronous control valve block made by Germany
BOSCH, and CNC system made by Holland DELEM. They have very high
reliability and free maintenance.
3.The travel of two ends of ram is inspected through two Encoders each side.
4.The Encoders transfer continually the message to computer after being
magnified by CNC Magnifier.
5.The valve block controls the oil into two cylinders under the computer scouts.
So it can control the parallel within ±0.01mm between the ram and table.
6. Operator can progress directly man-machine conversation upon the computer.
Displaying in English. The computer can auto-calculate and adjust force, and
automatically make out and control the highest point, speed breaking point,
travel of ram(Y1,Y2), it can make the ram inclining properly to satisfy particular
demand.High accuracy guideway system, measuring position system and
hydraulic equilibrium function, All of these can guarantee working demand in
the span or deflection.
7.The machine is fitted with high precision warp offset device, offset the warp
when the machine is working to protect the accuracy of work-piece.
8.The surface of piston adopts the most advanced nickel-phosphor-plating
technology. The pistons have excellent self-lubricating, improve using time.
9. Y1 and Y2 axis --- both sides of beam linear scale, to control both
side oil cylinders
10. X axis --- control back-gauge moving forward or backward with
stroke at 500mm
11. R axis --- control back-gauge moving up or down with stroke at 200mm
12. V axis --- hydraulic crowning device of worktable ( Inverter control)
 
Brief Introduction
 
the press brakes have the advantages of high quality, durability and high precision. 
The main frames of machine are constructed from rolled, stress relieved solid steel to 
prevent distortion during the bending process and under extreme continuous loads.
Adjustable synchronized torsion bar with positive stop system which is controlled by the Digital Control unit, the bending beam parallelism tolerance will be consistent 
and accurate to 0.01mm.
