Production Process:

1. light pole taper plate cutting machine

use the cut to length machine to uncoil, level, cut, scrape edge and taper, then we can get the

taper sheet of one side small width, one side big width

 use the coiled steel to produce the light pole, it is economic for custoemr

slitting the light pole plate

2. light pole bending machine:

use the CNC tandem press brake to bend the round lgiht pole and polygenal light pol

3. light pole shut welding machine

the light pole have a seam after bending, it need to use the shut welding machien to weld the seam.

4. light pole straighten processing:

the light pole have to have straightening processing after it ii formed on the CNC press brake

5. base plate of light pole cutting machine

7. light pole door cutting machine
