Applications and Scope of  Shear Machine

• The machine is used for cutting the sheet which thickness is from 1 to 16mm, width is less
• than 2500mm. The tensile strength of the sheet of the max. cutting thickness 16mm is based on
• ≤450MPa. The sheet with higher tensile strength, i.e. lower alloy steel, stainless steel, spring
• steel and etc. also can be cut by reducing the thickness of the sheet or changing the materials
• of the blade.
• This machine has a higher productivity and is an ideal sheet cutting equipment widely used in
• the aircraft industry, automobile, shipbuilding, electrical appliance, machinery and light industry.

Frame
the frame is welded with steel plate and good rigidity. Main cylinder and auxiliary cylinder are fixed on the frame. The supporting arm and rolling balls are mounted on the table and easy to operate.

Electrical system and the safety interlock:

• Electrical components are imported or from Sino-foreign joint Venture,in accordance
• with international standards,reliable safety,long life,good anti-interference ability,a
• radiation unit is fitted in electrical cabinet.
• Protective fence and the safety interlock to ensure the operation safety. Have a
• movable single-hand pedal switch,easy to operate.

CNC Back Gauge(X axis)And Pneumatic Support

• X axis back gauge clearance are controlled by CybTouch 6 which ensures
• a higher cutting accuracy, Backgauge with Optional ball screw and line guide rail,
• maximum stroke of backgauge can realize 500mm.
• Backgauge bar which swings with the top beam to prevent material from jamming
• Powerful holddown cylinder to avoid the sheet sliding during cutting
• the shear equipped the pneumatic support, it avoid the thin sheet down fall during
• cutting to get better quality workpiece.

Upper blade beam

• The upper blade beam is driven by main and auxiliary cylinders for cycle movement to complete shearing, and rake angle of the upper blade beam is 1.5°to guarantee the quality of cross section of the sheet. The beam is supported by the three-point rolling guideway, and the front pivot is spring gear to eliminate the guideway gap to guarantee the shearing quality.
