Definition of servo hydraulic press:

Servo hydraulic press, servo hydraulic press and numerical control hydraulic press are energy-saving

and high-efficiencyhydraulic presses, which adopt servo motor to drive the main drive oil pump, reduce

the control valve circuit and control the slider of hydraulic press. It is mainly composed of frame, machine head,

workbench, servo motor, push rod, pressure plate and control switch. On the upper part of the frame,

a cantilever mounting machine head is fixed, and a servo motor is vertically mounted on the machine head.

The lower end of the servo motor is coaxially connected with a push rod,

and the lower end of the push rod is provided with a pressing plate. Adopt bow structure, similar to

traditional mechanical punch, with simple and compact structure, small floor space and convenient operation.

A workbench is fixedly arranged at the lower part of the frame, the lower end of the servo motor is coaxially

connected with a push rod through a ball screw, and control switches are symmetrically arranged at the outer

side of the workbench corresponding to the pressing plate, and the control switches are interlocking two-handed

start buttons.

Working principle of servo hydraulic press:

The servo hydraulic press drives the oil cylinder to press up and down through the servo hydraulic pump set.

The man-machine dialogue of the established numerical control system can set the press-fitting parameters

of products in the configuration touch screen according to customers' press-fitting products, and can visually

check the press-fitting data of products. At the same time, it can perform on-line press-fitting detection of

press-fitting products. The equipment has multi-stage press-fitting speed control of rapid pressing, press-fitting,

pressure-keeping and return, which can effectively ensure the pressure accuracy and displacement accuracy

of products during press-fitting.
