The recommended laminating roll temperature range for NEI BOPP thermal laminating film is 85 to 110°C and roll pressure is 10 to 20 Mpa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the laminator chosen.

It is recommended that the printed surface be sufficiently dried before laminating and that one surface be sufficiently cooled before laminating to another surface.
