Description:
The hot pressed composite film has an extruded coating surface of low-temperature molten resin, which is laminated onto paper products through hot pressing. Various surface treatments can increase the value of printed surfaces. The glossy BOPP hot press film provides a shiny colored finish. Its use can improve the appearance and extend the service life of all laminated printing materials.
BOPP hot press film has excellent performance characteristics and low price, making it an ideal choice for various printed and non printed paper and cardboard, including book covers, cosmetic packaging, magazines, documents, shopping bags, diaries, maps, etc.

Special Instruction:
1. It is recommended to use a composite process with a roller temperature of 85-110 ℃ and a roller pressure of 10-20 Mpa for the NEI smooth BOPP hot press film. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the selected laminating machine.
2.It is recommended to dry the printed surface thoroughly before laminating and cool one surface thoroughly before laminating onto other surfaces.
