Description:
The hot-pressed composite film has an extruded coating surface of molten resin at low temperature, so that the film is laminated to the paper product by heat and pressure. A variety of surface treatments can add value to the printed surface. The glossy BOPP hot press film provides a shiny colored finish. Its use can enhance the appearance and increase the service life of all laminated prints.
With its good performance characteristics and low price, BOPP hot press film is ideal for all kinds of printed and non-printed paper and cardboard, including book covers, cosmetic packaging, magazines, documents, shopping bags, diaries, maps, etc.
The Advantages NEI BOPP thermal lamination film VS cold laminating film
- Environmentally friendly
- Safe operation
- Excellent performance
- Easy handling
- High efficiency
- Wide adaptability
NEI Quality Control
- Compared to other hot pressing films, our EVA glue is 100% imported from Korea, ensuring the adhesion of the film.

Special Instruction:
1. NEI smooth BOPP hot pressing film is recommended to adopt the composite process of roll temperature 85 ~ 110℃ and roll pressure 10 ~ 20 Mpa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the laminator chosen.
2. It is recommended that printed surfaces dry sufficiently before laminating and that one surface be sufficiently cooled before laminating onto other surfaces.
