Description:
Super adhesive hot press film is a BOPP hot press film, especially suitable for composite digital printing. Most digital printing materials are based on silicone oil, so the general BOPP hot press film is easily torn off after lamination. Therefore, we have invented this super adhesive film to deal with silicone oil, allowing the film to adhere well to digital printing.
This type of film is suitable for all types of digital printing machines, such as Xerox, HP, Kodak, Canon, Xeikon, Konica Minolta, Founder, etc. It can also be laminated on the surface of non paper materials, such as PVC film, outdoor or indoor advertising inkjet film, etc.

Special Instruction:
1. NEI super adhesive hot laminated film is recommended to be laminated under roller temperature of 85-110 ℃ and roller pressure of 10-20 Mpa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the selected laminating machine.
2. It is advised that the printed surface is well dried before lamination and cools sufficiently one surface before laminating to other surface.
