The scratch resistant (wear resistant) hot press film has a top coating, a wear-resistant matte BOPP finish, and an additional matte appearance. The matte surface has a high dyne level for coatings, hot stamping, and UC ink. It avoids the slight scratches that typically occur on the surface of a matte laminated film.

Special Instruction:

1. NEI scratch resistant heat composite film is recommended to be laminated under roller temperature of 85-110 ℃ and roller pressure of 10-20 Mpa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the selected laminating machine.

2. It is advised that the printed surface must be well dried before lamination and cools sufficiently one surface before laminating to other surface. Failure to comply with these suggestions will most likely cause pre-mature delamination.

3. This film has an extra matt finish, so we recommend handling it with cotton gloves or at least with washed and cleaned bare hands.
