Special Instruction of BOPP Plastic Film:
- NEI BOPP hot pressed film gloss film is recommended to be coated under roller temperature of 90-110 ℃ and roller pressure of 10-20 Mpa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the selected laminating machine.
- It is advised that the printed surface is well dried before lamination and cools sufficiently one surface before laminating to other surface.
