Superbonded thermolaminated film is one of the BOPP thermolaminated films, especially for laminating digital prints. Most digital printing materials are silicone oil based materials, so the general BOPP thermal lamination film is easily torn after lamination. Therefore, we invented this super adhesive film to treat silicone oil so that the film can stick well to the digital print.

This type of film is suitable for prints using all types of digital presses, such as Xerox, HP, Kodak, Canon, Xeikon, Konica Minolta, Founder, etc. It can also be laminated on surfaces of non-paper materials, such as PVC film, outdoor or indoor advertising inkjet film.

The glossy BOPP thermolaminated film provides a glossy colored finish. Its use can enhance the appearance and increase the service life of all laminated prints. Matte BOPP thermolaminate film provides a matte finish on print surfaces, preventing fingerprints and smudges

Special Instruction:

1. It is recommended to laminate NEI superbonded thermolaminated film at roll temperature of 85 ~ 110°C and roll pressure of 10 ~ 20MPa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the laminator chosen.

2.It is recommended that the printed surface be sufficiently dry before laminating and that one surface be sufficiently cooled before laminating to another surface.
