The MWR-9060 wheel-mounted mobile piling rig brings road-mobile convenience to foundation drilling. Instead of relying on a low-bed trailer for every move, this rig travels on its own 4x4 wheeled chassis at speeds up to 40 km/h between pile positions, work fronts and even separate sites, dramatically reducing mobilisation time and cost on linear projects such as highways, railways and pipelines.
The machine is built on a 110 kW EU Stage V engine and a load-sensing hydraulic system that delivers a rated output torque of 90 kN.m, a maximum drilling depth of 24 m and a pile diameter up to 1000 mm. A four-section interlocking kelly bar, hydraulic outriggers and a stable wheeled carrier give the rig the strength and precision expected of a professional foundation drilling machine while keeping it self-propelled and highly manoeuvrable.

The wheel-mounted mobile piling rig is tailored to projects with many scattered piles. Typical uses include highway guardrail and signpost foundations, railway and metro catenary bases, lighting and camera pole footings, pipeline and utility supports and small building piles.
Where a crawler rig would need a separate trailer and crane for each move, this self-propelled machine simply drives to the next point, sets its outriggers and resumes drilling. For contractors working along long, linear corridors, that mobility translates directly into lower cost per pile.
The rig is shipped by RO-RO or on a flat rack with the mast folded, protected by anti-rust coating and film wrapping. Tooling, drill buckets and wearing parts are crated separately.
A 12-month warranty covers the main structure, engine and hydraulic system. Full operation and maintenance manuals, spare parts lists and commissioning support are provided, and our engineers are available for remote troubleshooting throughout the machine life.
