Description:
1, A1001series is divided into A1001H-NP-1,(single row housing), A1001H-2*NP, (dual row housing),A1001H-NP-2,(single row without protrusions housing),Terminal:A1001-TPE-A(used in A1001 series housings).
2, Housing used two kinds of raw materials: PBT and PA66(halogen free raw) , Fire-protection rating are both UL 94-V0.Halogen Free products are called:A1001H-NP-1-NL. Minimum packing quantity is 1000pcs/bag.
3. Single row housing from 2pins to 20pins,This product we have two molds and we can produce 50—100KPCS of this product every day. Dual row housing we have 2*15P,2*20P,2*25P three kinds ,The daily production capacity is 30 to 50 KPCS.
4. Terminals are stamped by Phosphor Broze, E-Stamping before Tin-plated or Gold-flash ,Tin-plated we calling A1001-TPe-A, Gold-plated we calling A1001-GPe-A,Minimum packing quantity is 20,000pcs/Reel. The daily production capacity is 300 to 400 KPCS.
5. Terminals' wire range :AWG #28--#32,insulation OD is 0.80mm(Max),The thickness of gold-plating can be customer repuirements.Gold-flash:Au-0.8u, Ni: 20—40u, Gold-plated 3u: Au-3u,Ni:20-40u.
