Description:
1, A1001HB-NP-1,(single row with protrusions and lock housing),Terminal:A1001-TPE-A(used in A1001 series housings).
2, Housing used two kinds of raw materials: PA66(halogen free raw) natural and black , Fire-protection rating are both UL 94-V0. Minimum packing quantity is 1000pcs/bag.
3. Single row with lock housing from 2pins to 10pins,This product we have two molds and we can produce 50—100KPCS of this product every day.
4. Terminals are stamped by Phosphor Broze, E-Stamping before Tin-plated or Gold-flash ,Tin-plated we calling A1001-TPe-A, Gold-plated we calling A1001-GPe-A,Minimum packing quantity is 20,000pcs/Reel. The daily production capacity is 300 to 400 KPCS.
5. Terminals' wire range :AWG #28--#32,insulation OD is 0.80mm(Max),The thickness of gold-plating can be customer repuirements.Gold-flash:Au-0.8u, Ni: 20—40u, Gold-plated 3u: Au-3u,Ni:20-40u.
