3. Equipment:

1) Znic spraying system: it uses the thermal spraying equipment of Japanese Coaken company, which has a system of automatic adjustment based on speed. The surface is uniform and delicate, to make the demands of 6±2g,8±2g come true.
2) Eddy current inspection: it uses the equipment of Germany DB company, which can detect, identify and sort the defects of flat tube holes and broken ribs.
3) Decoiling cutting equipment: it uses 5 pieces equipment of Korea DMP company, which can accurately control straightness, necking and size with the online image recognition automatic sorting function. In order to meet kinds of demands from different customers, we also ordered automation equipment of double tube online automatic hollow, cutting and necking.
