1. Description of aluminum cooling plate
Processing steps: Cold stamping - cleaning - spray flux - fixture clamp the product into the brazing furnace - brazing furnace after more than a dozen procedures (automatic heating/insulation/cooling/welding, etc.) - do full inspection of air tightness test - cleaning (mainly for welding cleaning, polishing, drying) a total of more than 20 steps procedures.
