Our Serpentine Extruded Aluminum Cooling Plate is actually made of Micro-channel Extruded Aluminium Tubes,we also call it multiport aluminum tubes or aluminum tube extrusions, which are unique tubes developed with highly refined manufacturing quality. We can supply it with different alloys,such as 3 series,1 series,6 series and so on.For 3 series alloy,it has good anti-corrosion property,For 6 series alloy,it has good strength.The tube structures can be customized according to customers' different requirements,and the tube size can be controlled strictly by our precise toolings. We have our own tooling center and have rich experience in making and calibrating the toolings to control the tube size precisely.With our extrusion production line improved,we are now able to produce the tube with more than 100mm width and the flat surface.
