Multiport extruded aluminium tube(MPE)-which has large internal space which gives better efficiency for heat transfer. With the improvement of the tooling, we can make the mpe very precisely,also due to improvement of the aluminium extrusion technology ,an all-aluminium brazed heat exchangers using MPE will also be lighter in weight while still have the good heat exchange performance as the cooper and other heavy and expensive metal, now we can find MPEs are primarily used for the following application.
