MATERIAL TECHNOLOGY

Alloy Composition (ASTM B603):

  • Cr 22.0-24.0% | Al 4.8-5.5% | Fe bal. | Y2O3 ≤0.5% (rare earth stabilized)
  • Density: 7.2 g/cm³ | Melting Point: 1500°C Key Properties:
  • Resistivity: 1.40 μΩ·m at 20°C | TCR: +10 ppm/°C
  • Oxidation Limit: <0.8 mg/cm² at 1300°C/100hr
  • Emissivity: 0.90 at 1200°C
