High Temperature Seamless / Seamless Type Thin Wall 0.1mm Inconel 600 / 625 Tube

1.Description

It is face-centered cubic lattice structure for use at temperature up to 1370°C (2500°F).The Nickel-Chromium alloy is characterized by excellent inoxidability in the high temperature and sulfur atmosphere,good resistance to carbonizing.It has high creep rupture strength since it limits the carbon content and grain size, so recommend to use for above 500°C environment.

2.Features

Excellent inoxidability in the high temperature(the temperature can be up to 1180°C),good resistance to carbonizing,good inoxidabilitiy in sulfur atmosphere,good mechanical property,good resistance to stress corrosion cracking and high spalling resistance.

3.Usage

It is widely used in following field:

1)Petrochemical processing:separate tank of ammonia reforming and catalytic support grid of nitric acid producing.

2)Industrial furnaces:steel shares at annealing and radiation control, high-speed gas burners, Industrial furnace silk.

3)Gas turbine components:exhaust system parts,solid waste incinerator's combustion chamber,channel support and soot dealing parts,detoxification exhaust system components.
4)Heat treating equipment:the tray,basket and tool clamp in the heat treatment factory,oxygen re-heater.
