GH3030 High Temperature Nickel Alloy 80Ni-20Cr ЗИ435 XH78T Anti-oxidized High Plasticity
GH3030, solid solution strengthened superalloy with simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800℃, and good performance in oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process. It is monocrystalline austenite structure after solution treatment, and the structure is stable during use.
It mainly used for turbine engine combustor components operating below 800℃ and other high temperature components requiring oxidation resistance but low load below 1100℃
Application: used in making gear, crankshaft, trestle, hinge, oil tank, and cream pitcher etc.
