Inconel 718 Alloy is a nickel-based superalloy strengthened by body-centered tetragonal gamma-phase precipitation and face-centered cubic gamma-phase precipitation. It has good comprehensive properties in the temperature range of -253-700 ~C. The yield strength below 650 ~C ranks first among the deformed superalloys, and has good fatigue resistance, radiation resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, as well as good workability, weldability and length. Stage structure stability, can manufacture various complex parts, in the aerospace, nuclear energy, petroleum industry, in the above temperature range has been very widely used.

Another characteristic of Inconel 718 Alloy is that the alloy structure is very sensitive to hot working process.
