JT8FBS-6-2838 is 29x38cm, 11x15 inches aluminium foil fireproof bag. It is suitable for A4 papers. If you need other size, please contact Unionfull for customized products. 
 
Inside and outside materials of this reflective surfacr fireproof pouch are both fireproof fiberglass cloth. Surface of bag is 480g/m2 laminated aluminium foil fiberglass fabric. This silver outside can resist 95% radiant heat. Inside materials of this one is silicone coated fiberglass cloth. For this design, both inside and outside layers are fireproof. Double fireproof fabrics protect your valuables.
 
There are many inside materials can be choosed. Can be decided by customers' fireproof requirement. Please choose from following materials:
 
Fire Retardant Materials Inner Lining:

• White Non Woven Fabric
• Black Fire Retardant Fabric

 
​Fireproof Materials Inner Lining:

• Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric(with different thickness)
• PU Coated 100% carbon fiber fabric(also used as bags inner lining by some luxury brands)
• Other coated fiberglass fabric. (coated fiberglass fabric is no itchy)

 
Materials Of This Fireprood Bags:
 
Fiberglass cloth is a fireproof and very strong fabrics. It has many properties, such as fireproof, high strength, abrasion resistant, chemical resistant.
 
The base fiberglass fabric can resist 1020°F. However, adhesive for aluminium foil will vaporize under continuous temperature which is above 572°F. Coated fiberglass fabric as inside layer can be used below 500°F continuously. Above 500°F continuously, the coating will get hardened, but the base cloth are still capable to resisting fire and heat.

All fiberglass products will have one common shortcoming that glass fibers will fall off and stick into hand skins. So many customers will feel itchy on hands when use fiber glass products. But when use our aluminium foil fireproof bags, customers won't feel any hurt. Because Unionfull adds an aluminum foil on the surface of fiber glass cloth. We also add a layer of fire retardant fabric/fireproof coated fiberglass fabric as inside materials.
