E Glass Powder Emulsion Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat 100-600 gsm, 1040-3200 mm Width for FRP Applications
Fiberglass chopped strand mat (CSM) is manufactured by cutting glass fiber filaments into 50mm lengths, then randomly and evenly distributing them on a mesh belt. Powder or emulsion binder is applied and cured through heating to bond the fibers into a durable mat structure.

Resin to Mat Ratio: Fiberglass chopped strand mat requires approximately 1.5 to 2 times of mat weight in resin for complete saturation (Example: 1LB mat needs 1.5 to 2 LBS of resin). Most resins weigh approximately 9.5 LBS per gallon.
