Fiberglass Material Gate Valve Exhaust Blanket Thermal Insulation Jackets 

Thermal insulation jacket(also called exhaust blanket) is designed to protect the valve, pipeline or pump from fire, heat and cold damage. Outside materials of this jacket are heat resistant fiberglass cloth with a silicone coating layer on one side. This fiberglass fabric is soft and eco-friendly. Inside wadding materials of this jacket are e-glass fiberglass needle mat. Covers made from these fiberglass material are easy to remove and repair. The most important feature of fiber glass material is fire resistant. The working temperature of fiberglass cloth is below 550℃, while coating is only 260℃. Inside wadding materials fiber glass needle mat can be used below 800℃.

IR Test Exampls: When temperature in gate valve 3inch went up to 300℃, IR showed the surface temperature of this thermal insulation jacket is 32℃.
