The PTFE coating withstands temperatures from -70℃ to 260℃, with maximum tolerance up to 380℃. The fiberglass base cloth maintains integrity below 550℃, making these protectors suitable for all standard gas range applications.
Our stovetop protectors undergo a specialized manufacturing process. Fiberglass cloth is treated with an undercoat that adheres to both the cloth and PTFE coating. Multiple layers of food-grade PTFE are applied, then sintered at 780°F (approximately 415℃) to create a durable, non-stick surface. The result is a high-performance protective liner that lasts longer without containing loose fiberglass particles.
