530g Black Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric For Valve Thermal Insulation Cover
Silicone coated fiberglass cloth is made from woven fiberglass substrates that have been coated with or impregnated with black silicone/rubber coating on one side. Silicone coated fiberglass fabric is a very flexible, high strength and fire resistant fabric. It is made from fireproof e-glass fiber glass cloth with advantages such as dimension stability, durability and corrosion resistance.
The basic fiberglass fabric 3732 can withstand a high temperature below 550℃. But the black rubber/silicone coating can resist 260 degree C. And base on the properties of silicone coating, this coated fiberglass cloth are usually used to produce industrial products such as fire blankets and curtains, expansion joints, thermal insulation covers/exhaust blanket for jacketed vessel/pump/pipeline and other fire fighting equipments.
About the baisc cloth 3732, its yarn type is e-glass G37 1/0 0.7Z fiberglass yarns. Weight per unit area is 430g/m2. After coating its total weight can be 530g/m2. 430g/m2+100g/m2 black silicone coating on one side. 100cm, 127cm, 155cm is very common and convenient width we produce.
