800g Black Vermiculite Coated Fiberglass Fabric For Fire Blanket

Vermiculite coated fiber glass cloth is woven from texturized e-glass fiber yarns which has great thermal insulation and fireproofing. It is basic fiberglass fabric which is coated with a vermiculite solution made of plate-like mineral crystals. This fireproof coating acts like armor when heat strikes the fabric. it can make the heat travel across the fabric rather than through it so it will protect the fiber glass from the heat source. This coated fiberglass fabric is able to withstanding a temperature of 1100℃.

This coated fiberglass fabric is an ideal materials for heat resistance. Vermiculite coating improves the tear resistance of the fabric, which also provides better resistance to direct fire. Common application of this high temperature fabric is welding protection, fire curtains, pipe cover materials, expansion joints, heat protection shield, machinery protection, removable flange and valve exhaust blanket, stress relief and more.
