6522 fiberglass fabric is a lightweight e-glass fiber glass cloth which is weighed at 120g/m2(4oz). This 0.12mm thick fiber glass fabric is easy to wet out by different resins so it is usually be used for surfboard/boat building. There are two types of glass fiber types which are common used for surfboard fabric, E-glass or S-glass.
Weave type of this 6522 fabric is plain weave. It is balanced which means they have the same number of glass fiber yarns running along the length of the fabric as they across the fabric. It is equally as easy to use. Like other plain woven fabrics, it delivers uniform strength in both warp and weft directions.
6522 fiber glass fabric is very suitable for application in many industries field. Now it can be introduced as a separately series with other ligh weight fiberglass fabric. A series of glass fiber fabric mainly used for sports goods, such as the snowboard, surfboard and skimboard.
