3732 0.4mm Satin Fiber Glass Cloth/ Fire Resistant Fiberglass Fabric
3732 fiberglass fabric is one of the industrial used fiberglass woven fabric which is in satin method with E-glass fiberglass yarns. The fiberglass cloth is weighed at 430g/m2. And thickness is 0.4mm. Satin weave is also called cross twill or break twill weave, compared with plain weave, it is a higher density, more flexible and loose structural weave.
This e-glass fiberglass cloth can be wet out with resin easily; What's more, this fiberglass fabric performs great in chemical resistance, heat protection, thermal insulation and durability. Therefore, it is used in glass fiber reinforced industrial application and in other fields.
E-glass fiberglass cloth can resist 550°C(about 1022°F) continuously. It is widely used for applications such as thermal insulation cover, heat/welding protection products, removable exhaust blanket(usually with silicone coating) for pipe/valve/pump, fireproof bags, fabric duct connector and expansion joint.
We usually coat this 3732 fiberglass fabric in order to achieve some peculiarities or meet special purpose. For example, for fireproof and waterproof we coat it with PTFE/PVC. For reflective application, aluminium foil laminating. For electrical insulation and heat resistant uaually use silicone/PU coating.
