Red Acrylic Coated Fiberglass Fabric For Industrial Fire / Welding Blanket
Acrylic coated fiberglass fabric is produced from woven fiberglass cloth substrate which is coated with red Acrylic coating on both two sides with a specially compounded industrial used glue. Total weight of the coated glass fiber fabric is 325g/m2. Its substrate cloth is plain weave 2520 fiberglass fabric, which is 8.68oz/sq.yd. and 0.012 inch thick. When coated with 15g/m2 red Acrylic coating on its each sides, totally weight per unit can be 325gsm, and thickness will be 0.32mm.
Acrylic coated fiberglass fabric combines the corrosion resistance of the coating and high strength of fiberglass fabric. This coated fiber glass cloth has some properties such as high tensile strength, great heat resistance, light, aging and oil compared to natural rubber. It is also with excellent resistance to water. What's more, along with its stable chemical and phisical properties, it is used widely in the field of elastomers. And based on its durability. It can be used for fractional and integral horsepower motors(leads and crossovers). Other uses including application in dry and oil-filled transformers, relays, radio and television circuits, and welding euipment.
Yarn type of this acrylic coated fabric is e-glass ECH 25 1/0 fiber glass yarn.
Total weight is 325g/m2. 295g/m2+15g/m2 coating on both sides.
