800℃ 0.8mm Red Silicone Coated High Silica Fabric For Heat Insulation

 
High silica cloth is a fiberglass fabric with silica calcination post treatment. Silica cloth is an inorganic fiber glass fabric, which has more than 96% content of SiO2. When coated with red silicone/rubber on its single side, the coated fiber glass cloth combines the properties of silicone coating and silica cloth. This silicone coated high silica cloth becomes fireproof, tear resistant, anti-chemical and abrasion resistant. The basic silica cloth is capable of withstanding a high temperature of 1200℃. For continuous heat insulation, it can be used below 800℃. However, it can work instantaneously under 1200℃ . The silicone coating can resist heat from 260 to 300℃. 

Based on its insulation and strength properties, typical application of this silicone coated fiberglass fabric includes removable thermal insulation blanket, protection from weld metal spatter and slag, gaskets, and other heat insulation cover.

The uncoated high silica cloth is weighed at 600g/m2. And total weight of silicone coated fiberglass fabric is 700g/m2(100g red silicone coating on one side). Then total thickness is 0.8mm. Count per cm is Warp18/ Weft 13. Its weave type is 8H satin weave.
