E glass chopped strand mat(or csm) is produced from glass fibers filament . First, cut glass fiber filament into 50mm length, then equally distribute the 50mm filament on the mesh belt. Put power / emulsion binder by heating after curing bonding into the fiber glass mat.
Glass fiber chopped strand mat has some great features. It is easily wet out and can be combined with most resins. Besides, it is easy-handled, good wet strength retention, easy laminate, transpartent clear.
CSM is widely used for hand lay-up FRP such as different sheets and panels, boat hulls, bath tubs, automobile parts, chemical usage, electrical industries and other application.
