1200g 1.3mm White Chemical Resistant Thermal Insulation High Silica Cloth

High silica cloth is fiberglass fabric which includes SiO2 content more than 96%. This fiberglass fabric with calcination post treatment has higher softening point. For 1200g/m2 high silica cloth, the max temperature it can withstand is close to 1700℃. And for continuousheat insulation,  it can be used below 1200℃. 

Silica fabric is very flexible and high strength, what's more, it offers higher heat protection than usual fiberglass fabric. Meanwhile because of its heavy duty feature, it performs great for welding splash/sparks protection. So it is an ideal material for hot work protection and cutting operations protection. Besides, high silica cloth has better abrasion resistance (as they have a special finish) and low thermal conductivity.
