0.12mm Beige FDA Standard PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric
This FDA approved PTFE coated fiberglass cloth is made of very durable and tear resistant fiberglass basic fabric which is coated with light brown color PTFE.PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is a high strength fabric with low friction coefficient. It is always used to produce food relevant products which need both fire/heat resistant and food-grade properties.
Working temperature of this PTFE coated fabric is from -70℃ to 260℃. The PTFE coating is food grade, totally non-toxic, odorless and tasteless during heating. It is also FDA approved for food processing, packaging and handling. The PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is durable and abrasion resistant. Besides, PTFE coated fiberglass fabric offers smooth surface, non-stick, heat insulation, waterproofing, anti chemical agents and electrical insulation.
Based on its features, applications of this PTFE coated fiberglass fabric are grill mat / oven liner, conveyor belt and seamless fusing belt production.
