20mm 133kg/m3 Fiberglass Needle Mat For Thermal Insulation Jacket Blanket
Fiberglass needle mat is non-woven e-glass fiberglass material for sound/thermal insulation. It is made of alkali-free alumina borosilicate fiber glass with a filament of 6µm - 13 µm diameters. Then cut them into 3cm -10cm length fibers without bonding agent. These fibers will be continuously needled by thousands of needles to be a long textile fiberglass. The finished fiberglass need mat is with high porosity, high air permeability and high temperature resistance materials. It is environment-friendly, recyclable and incombustible.
Density of needle mat is 100-300kg/m3. Thickness we produce the needle mat in 3mm-25mm. Max width is 240cm, so 100cm, 120cm, 240cm are easier widths to get and it can be shorter delivery time. Temperature of e-glass needle mat is below 800℃(1472℉).
