Satin Weave 600gsm 800℃ Fiberglass High Silica Cloth For Heat Insulation
High silica cloth is High purity silicon oxide amorphous continuous fiber fabric(with more than 96% SiO2 content.). It is woven from e-glass fiber glass yarns. Then the acid treatment and calcination techniques make the glass fiber fabric with higher softening point and higher density. Its softening point is close to 1300℃ and it can withstand a temperature below 800℃ continuously. High silica cloth is an ideal high temperature fire resistant fabric with many properties such as chemical resistance, stable chemical property, flexiblity, abrasion resistance and electrical insulation. It is widely used for industrial thermal insulation.
This 600g/m2 high silica cloth is 0.7mm. Count per cm is 18/13. Weave type is 8 harness satin weave. There is a seven-by-one interfacing where one weft yarn floats over seven warp yarns and under one in this weave. 1200g 1.3mm high silica cloth is 12HS weave.
