Fiberglass fabric is a high strength materials for fire resistance and abrasion resistance. And PTFE coated fiberglass cloth is made of fiberglass which is coated with PTFE on both two sides. PTFE coating surface is very smooth and bright. It is non-stick and with low friction coefficient. Based on its features of fiberglass and PTFE coating, PTFE coated fabric is suitable for thermal insulation and food grade application.
PTFE coated glass fiber fabric can be used under -70℃ to 260℃ wrking place. The PTFE coating is food grade so it is non-toxic, odorless and tasteless during heating. The food grade coating is FDA approved.
Owe to the features of fabric, this PTFE coated fiberglass fabric are always used for grill mat / pan liner, conveyor belt and seamless fusing belt production.
