800℃ Break Twill Fiberglass Cloth High Silica Fabric For Heat Insulation
High Silica Cloth is fiberglass fabric with above 96% SiO2 because of the post treatment. Silica cloth is woven from e-glass fiber glass yarns. The post treatment--acid treatment and calcination make the fiberglass fabric with high SiO2 content, higher softening point and higher density. 600g high silica cloth is able to resist a temperature below 800℃ and the softening point is 1300℃. This high temperature high silica cloth is an ideal fireproof fabric which is also flexible, durable, abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant.
Thickness of this 600gsm high silica cloth is 0.7mm. Yarn count per cm is 18/13. Weave tyoe is satin weave. Satin is a very stable weaving compared with plain weave. Width is 91.44, 100cm or 105cm.
