0.43mm Heat Reflective Silver Plated Fabric Aluminum Foil Fiberglass Cloth
Aluminized fiberglass fabric is basic cloth 430g/m2 0.4mm woven fiber glass cloth which is laminated with aluminum foil by a special adhersive. Total weight of the foiled fabric is 480g/m2. Total thickness will be 0.43mm. Thickness of aluminum foil are 7μm, 18μm, 25μm, max can be 50μm. Fiberglass fabric is a very durable material. The tensile strength of the foild fabric is 6000/4500N/5CM.
The base fiberglass fabric can resist a temperature from -100° F to 1022° F. And aluminiul foil can be used below 660℃. And the special high temperature adhersive will melt when is above 300℃. But it can withstand short exposure to higher temperature.
Owe to its great heat insulation and heat reflection, this aluminum foil silver coated fabric is widely used as thermal insulation blanket for steam heating pipes/pumps/valves and heat insulation materials in construction. It has excellent features of fire protection, chemical resistance, thermal insulation and non stick.
