1000GSM Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric For Electrical Insulation Fire Blanket
Silicone coated fiberglass cloth is made of fiberglass fabric coated with 150g/m2 red silicone on one side. Fiberglass cloth is thermal insulation materials widely used in industrial fields. It has similar tensile strengh with metal but it is very light weight and economical. It can withstand a high temperature below 550℃. And the silicone coating is able to resist 260 degree Celsius continuously.
Silicone coated fiberglass cloth is a high strength fire resistant fabric. It has properties such as chemical corrosion resistance, dimension stability, durability and electrical insulation. Based on its electrical/ thermal insulation, silicone coated fiberglass fabric is widely used to produce fire blanket, covering for generator and electrical equipments. Besides, other applications of this fabric are fabric expansion joints, thermal insulation jacket and heat insulation clothing, gloves.
Yarn type of this fiberglass fabric is e-glass G37 1/4 2.75S. Mass per unit area of this silicone coated fiberglass fabric is totally 1000g/m2.
