Fiberglass needle mat is an e-glass fiberglass material which is made of alumina borosilicate glass fibers filament of 9µm diameters. When be cut into 3cm-10cm length, these glass fibers will be needled by thousands of needles to conbine into a long fiber glass mat without bonding agents. E-glass needle mat has high porosity, high air permeability, sound insulation and thermal insulation properties. What's more, it is eco-friendly, can be recyclable after using.
Common density Unionfull produce is 100-140kg/m3. So the according thickness are 3mm-25mm. Max width is 240cm, if faster delivery time is necessary, please consider common width: 100cm, 120cm, 240cm. Service temperature of e-glass fiberglass needle mat is -50 to 800℃.
