1150g Shiny Red Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric For Engine Thermal Insulation

 
 
This 1150g/m2 silicone coated fiberglass fabric is made of e-glass fiberglass cloth, then it is coated with 150g/m2 red silicone per side. For the color of silicone coating, can add glitter in so the final color will be bright red color which makes the surface smooth and shiinning. Basic fabric is 850g/m2 e glass fiberglass cloth in 0.8mm thickness, satin weave. It is coated on both two sides with 100g/m2 per side so total weight is 1150g/m2. The basic fabric can withstand below 550degree Celsius.

 
Basic fiberglass fabric is able to withstand a temperature below 550℃. And silicone coating stays stable under 260℃. Silicone coated fabric is abrasion resistant, heat resistant and electrical insulation. Because of its stable properties, silicone coated fiberglass cloth are always used for thermal insulation including fire blanket, curtains, fabric expansion joints, insulation jackets for generator and engines.
