PVC coated fiber glass cloth is woven from G75 1/0 0.7Z fiberglass yarns in plain weaving. Then this woven 200g fiberglass fabric is coated with 50g/m2 grey PVC per side. PVC coated fiberglss fabric owns both waterproof properties and fireproofing, which makes it be widely used in house and industrial fields. What's more, the coated fiberglass cloth is also tear resistant, anti chemical agents and abrasion resistant.
Fiberglass cloth is able to stand 550degree Celsius heat and the PVC coated can be used below 260degree Celsius. It can be used to produce fireoproof tents, thermal insulation cover, fire blanket and shield fabric for auto/train/ship covering. Its high strength and good waterproof/fireproof properties make PVC coated fiberglass fabric a longer working life awning/tarpaulin materials.
