1010gsm Glossy Red Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric For Engine Insulation Parts
Basic cloth 3784 fiberglass fabric is weighed at 850g/m2 and in 0.8mm thickness, satin weaving type. When coat it with 80g/m2 shiny red silicone/rubber. When customers use the coated fabric for surface application, we will add glitter in the silicone coating if necessary so that the final surface will be more bright and glossy. E-glass fiber cloth has great fire resistance ability and high tensile strength. Total weight of coated fabric is 1010g/m2.
Fiberglass fabric is able to withstanding a temperature below 550℃. And the silicone coating can be used below 260℃. The silicone coated woven fiberglass cloth is fire resistant, corrosion resistant and electrical insulation. Silicone coated fiber glass fabric is widely used for fire blanket, fabric expansion joints, insulation protective cover for generator and engines.
