35oz 1.3mm Satin Fiberglass High Silica Fabric For 1200℃ Fire Welding Blanket

High silica glass fiber is inorganic fiber which has above 96% SiO2 content. After post treatment, the 850g/m2 3784 e-glass fiberglass fabric will be weighed at 600g/m2. Except for more than 96% SiO2, the acid treatment and calcination treatment make the fiberglass fabric with higher softening point and higher density. Softening point of this 600g high silica fabric is about 1300℃, and it can be used below 800degree continuously. High silica fabric is a flexible, tear resistant, stable properties and chemical resistant material. It is always used for fire and welding blanket production.

This high silica cloth is weighed at 1200g/m2 and it is 1.3mm thick. Weaving is satin(also called break twill weave). Width available of this heavy duty 1.3mm 1200gsm high silica fabric are 91.44cm and 100cm.
