17.7oz 600gsm 1000℃ Fiberglass High Silica Fabric For Fire Welding Blanket
This 600g/m2 high silica fabric is made of 850g/m2 e-glass fiberglass fabric. After post treatment - acid treatment and calcination, it is turned to 600gsm. Its SiO2 content is more than 96%. Except for that, calcination treatment also makes the softening point of fiberglass cloth higher than before, also with higher density. 600g high silica fabric can be used below 800 degree Celsius to 1000℃. This material is flexible, abrasion resistant and chemical corrosion resistant. Because it has above properties, high silica fabric is suitable for fire and welding blanket.
Standard specification of high silica fabric we produce are 600g/m2 and 1200g/m2. Thickness are 0.7mm and 1.3mm.
