3K 6oz 0.3mm Twill Weave Carbon Fiber Fabric Thermal Insulation Materials

 
This 200g carbon fiber fabric is woven from 3K carbon fibers in twill weave(also can be unidirectional, plain weave). Carbon fiber fabrics own properties such as thermal insulation, electrical insulation and flexibility. Actually carbon fiber fabric can achieve the tensile strength and hardness of metals but it is still very ligh weight. It also can be infused with different resin including epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resins. 

Carbon fiber fabric has a very low coefficient of thermal expansion than metals like copper. Usually when the material is heated, it will expand and will shrink as it cools down. This can be a significant issue when tolerances are very critical. But for carbon fiber fabric, it is stable chemical and physical properties.
