0.25mm 15oz Plain Weave Black PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric
PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is a high strength fiberglass fabric in plain weave, and is coated with black PTFE on two sides. PTFE coated fiber glass fabric is non stick, no toxic, anti-friction and thermal insulation. PTFE coating is totally food-grade and FDA approved so that it is widely used for food process, such as BBQ grilling mat, oven liner, stovetop protector and heat press belt.
PTFE coating can be used below 260 degree Celsius. Basic fiberglass fabric can withstand 550℃. Its FDA approved food grade PTFE coating is non-toxic and tasteless, which is widely used to produce BBQ grill mat. Also, this coated fabric is easy to process, when produced grill mat, the square and round shape fabric were cut by machine. When you use it, you can cut it by scissors by yourself.
Specification of this PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is very flexible. It is customized. And width and roll length can be produced based on customers' demands.
