PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric Non Stick Food Grade BBQ Grill Mat Materials
PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is based on e-glass fiberglass fabric which is woven in plain weave, then it is coated with food grade PTFE on two sides. This coated fabric has non stick surface. PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is heat resistant and non-toxic. Basic fiberglass cloth can be used below 550℃. Brown PTFE is able to be used from -70 to 260degree Celsius temperature. Fiberglass fabric is eco-friendly material and it can be recycled. This new materials are using for BBQ grilling mat production.
This PTFE coating is FDA approved food grade. Applications of this fabric are food packaing and processing, hot sealing, hot press printing, BBQ grill mat, oven liner and fusing belt.
